[FAQ / UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU DECIDE]
Before we begin, let’s make the important things clear.
Here are the questions people most often ask about Soul New Energy, Dream Workshop, Production Studio, Custom Song and project review. You do not need to know the right format yet — you can begin with what you are truly trying to complete.
01 / 24
What does Soul New Energy do now?
Soul New Energy is a creative and operational studio that begins with understanding. Dream Workshop helps an idea take shape through Custom Song, Brand Home, Campaign and more complete creative projects. When something has launched and needs registration, payment, email, contacts or follow-up to keep working, Production Studio supports what happens next.
02 / 24
Does every project need to be reviewed first? Why are there no standard public prices?
Yes. Projects can differ greatly in scope, timing, content and technical requirements, so we do not use one public price to represent every collaboration. We first understand what the project actually needs. If it is a good fit, we then confirm scope and prepare a quotation.

Can I work with you on only one part? What if I am not sure what I need yet?
Yes. You may need only a song, a website, one Campaign, or one part of a post-launch workflow. If you are not yet sure which service fits, you do not need to categorise the project yourself. Start with what you are truly trying to complete.
04 / 24
Can I cancel or receive a refund after payment?
Cancellation or refund eligibility depends on how far the project has progressed.
Creative work already started, technical work completed, third-party costs or delivered items may not be fully refundable.
Applicable arrangements will be clarified in the quotation, scope or relevant terms before work begins.
The final arrangement for each project follows the confirmed terms of that collaboration.
05 / 24
What is the difference between Brand Home, Campaign and Signature Project?
A Brand Home is a long-term place that represents your brand. A Campaign is designed around one specific launch, event or programme and its action path. A Signature Project is for work that needs several forms — such as sound, website or visual experience — to come together as one project. Custom Song remains one of Dream Workshop's most mature creative forms.
06 / 24
Do you simply use templates for websites or campaigns?
No. We may reuse mature technical foundations and components, but we do not take the same finished page and replace the text for another client. Story, hierarchy, pacing, page structure and action flow are judged for each project.
07 / 24
What do I need to prepare before we begin?
You do not need to organise everything perfectly before contacting us. Existing brand materials, copy, images, logos, event information, audience details or a current website are usually enough to begin understanding the project. We will identify what is still missing after review.
08 / 24
How are revisions handled? What if the direction changes halfway through?
Before work begins, we confirm the project scope, direction and expected revision process. Normal adjustments are handled within the agreed scope. New pages, functions, content or a major change in direction may require the timeline and fee to be reviewed again.

Who is responsible for domain, hosting, launch and handover?
It depends on the project. In some cases we assist with setup and launch; in others we work with accounts or services the client already owns. Domain, hosting, third-party costs, account ownership and handover responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.

When is Production Studio useful?
Production Studio becomes useful once something has launched and people begin registering, paying, replying, making enquiries or needing follow-up. It focuses on the operational work that often becomes fragmented across forms, email, payment platforms and manual steps after launch.
11 / 24
Is Production Studio a CRM or SaaS product?
It is not a general CRM or SaaS product that you are expected to learn and operate every day.
It focuses on real post-launch workflows such as registration, payment, confirmation, email, contacts and follow-up.
The underlying approach can be reused, but every brand, event and workflow has different states, exceptions and needs.
The goal is not to give you another tool to manage, but a clearer way for the operation to be carried forward.
12 / 24
Do I need to have my website built by SNE before using Production Studio?
No. If you already have a website, campaign page, payment method or existing tools, we can first understand the current setup and decide what should be kept, connected or improved.
13 / 24
Can you work with my existing forms, payment, email or workflow?
Yes. We can begin with what already exists rather than rebuilding everything from zero.
We first look at how forms, payment, data, email and follow-up currently connect.
Useful parts are kept where possible. Repetitive, fragile or hard-to-track parts are the ones we reconsider.
What can ultimately be supported will still depend on the limits of existing platforms, access and third-party services.
14 / 24
Can Production Studio be a one-off project, or does it require ongoing work?
Both are possible. It can support one specific launch or continue as ongoing operational support when needed. One-off setup, ongoing operation, changes and maintenance are scoped separately; building a workflow does not automatically mean unlimited ongoing support.

I do not know anything about music. Can I still commission a Custom Song? How do I begin?
Yes. You do not need to understand composition, arrangement or music terminology. Begin with the story, relationship, intended use and what you want the piece to leave behind. We then translate that into a creative direction.
16 / 24
What is normally included in a Custom Song? Can it be revised?
The creative scope and final delivery are confirmed according to the actual commission. Revisions are handled within the agreed direction and scope. New uses, new versions or a major change of direction may need to be reviewed separately.
17 / 24
How long does a Custom Song usually take?
There is no single timeline that fits every story. Timing depends on the complexity of the content, creative direction, revisions and intended use. After review, we confirm a workable production schedule before the project begins.
18 / 24
Can I use the song on social media, for a brand or commercially? Can I resell or sublicense it?
Different uses require different rights. Personal use, public release and commercial use are not automatically the same.
If the work will be used for a brand, video, event, advertisement or another commercial purpose, tell us before the project begins.
Unless expressly agreed, the work itself may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a music product or library asset.
Final permitted use follows the project agreement and applicable music licensing terms.
19 / 24
What happens after I submit a project?
Soul New Energy first reads what you have submitted and tries to understand what truly needs to be completed. We may ask for additional information before deciding whether the project is a fit. Only after that do we move into scope, direction and next steps. Submission itself does not mean the project has been accepted.
View Terms and Conditions20 / 24
Do you accept every project that is submitted?
No. Fit depends on the project, timing, scope, current capacity and whether we can genuinely add value. If a project is not a good fit, we would rather make that clear before work begins than force it into the wrong service.
21 / 24
When will I receive a quotation?
A quotation comes after we have enough context to understand the actual scope. That is also why we do not publish one fixed project price: the work should follow what the project needs, rather than forcing the project into a preset package.
22 / 24
Do I need to prepare a large amount of information all at once?
No. Submit what you already know. If something important is still missing, we can ask for it after review. You do not need to write a complete project proposal simply to begin the conversation.
23 / 24
How will my story, brand materials or operational data be handled?
Information you provide is used to understand, review and, once a collaboration begins, carry out the relevant work.
Unpublished stories, brand materials, campaign information and operational data do not automatically become public SNE promotional material simply because they were shared with us.
Where third-party platforms or service providers are needed to process information, this is handled under the applicable privacy arrangements.
If a project may later be shown publicly as a case study or promotional example, the appropriate use will be confirmed separately where required.
24 / 24
How do I contact you for a general enquiry, collaboration or support?
If your question does not fit any of the sections above, you can contact us directly.
hello@soulnewenergy.com
If you already have a specific project in mind, submitting it for review gives us more context than a general enquiry.
